RAINFOREST DISCOVERY CENTRE

The Rainforest Discovery Centre (RDC) is the gateway to geeting to know the unique and importance of BORNEO.

 Situated 23 kilometres from sandakan to Rainforest Discovery Centre.The RDC main highligts are its

 halls , the Plan Discovery  Garden , The Kapili-Sepilok Forest Reserve.

The Rainforest Discovery Centre evolved the small,cozy environmental education in 1996 into sabah.It is

famous Kabili-Sepilok Forest Reserve.The RDC is managed by the  Sabah Foresty Department.

As of 2009, RDC as also become venue for the annual BORNEO birds festival which attract the

participation of birds from all the world.

Greeting there : the RDC is usings by bus and taxi. From the sandakan town centre bus station take bus and

the fare RM3 per way .By taxi, the fare RM35 per taxi per way.

Tarrifs : Malaysian : RM2.00 child/RM5.00 adult.
           : International : RM 10.00 child/adult.
