SANDAKAN is the second largest city located on east coast of SABAH

sport is SEPILOK ORANG UTAN REHABILITTATION.
-Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilatitation Centre is located about 25 kilometer west of SANDAKAN
in state of SABAH , EAST MALAYSIA.
The centre opened in 1964 as the first official orangutan rehabilitation project for rescued baby orangutan
from logging sites,plantations,illegal hunting or kept as pets.Orangutans as trained to survive again in the
wild and released as soon as they are ready.Today around 60 to 80 orangutans are living free.
Entry cost : Adult-RM5/RM30
: Child-RM2/RM15
Camera cost : RM10
Opening hours : Saturday to Thursday -9AM-12PM and 2PM-4PM.
: Friday -9AM-11AM and 2PM-4PM
Orangutans feeding times : 10AM-3PM
Facilites : Souvenir shop,infomation center showing a video 6 times a day.
Geeting they : Many organised tour leave from around sabah . Public bus #14 take times 45-60 minutes. Costing RM5.
